- Fulbright Programs – Sponsored by the U.S. State Department. Fulbright offers a couple programs for U.S. applicants. The U.S. Student program awards grants for research or study; competition opens May 1, 2010 and closes October 18, 2010. The U.S. Student program also includes grants for English Teaching Assistantships, which adhere to the same deadlines. The U.S. Scholar program awards grants to U.S. faculty, administrators and professionals to lecture, conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields, or to participate in seminars. The competition is currently open and closes August 2, 2010. More info at the Fulbright website
- NIIED Korean Government Scholarship for Graduate Students, with participation from InKAS Korea. The Korean Government, in an effort to promote international exchange, is offering language and study scholarships for graduate students. The scholarship will cover 3-5 years of Korean Language and Graduate study in South Korea (depending on your major.) InKAS will recommend 35 Korean Adoptee scholars. Deadline is May 7, 2010. - OCA (Organization of Chinese Americans) 2010 Summer Internship – work for social justice and political advancement of Asian Americans. This is a paid, full-time position. Applications due March 1, 2010. More info at the OCA website.
- Harvard Business School Asian American Alumni Association (HBS4A) is offering a scholarship to the Director of a non-profit to attend their Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management at Harvard this July. Applications due March 1, 2010. More info at the Harvard website and the HBS4A website.
