		<description>I am impressed and very happy to hear about this change. I lived in Korea for the first 7 years of my life; why would I not have a the right to dual citizenship?  This option should have been available when our adoptive parents adopted us to our respective countries.  But that is water under the brige and appreciate the work other put in to pave our path for this.</description>
